Participants can stay in our shelter for up to 90 days. The initial 30 days are offered to all participants, with additional time granted based on participation in workforce programs, securing employment, and meeting program requirements.

Participants who fail to comply with program rules, such as maintaining employment, passing drug tests, or adhering to shelter policies, may be disqualified. Disqualified individuals can reapply after 60 days, but they are allowed a maximum of two attempts.

We acquire abandoned or neglected homes through tax deed sales, land banks, or donations. These homes are renovated with the help of volunteers, donated materials, and community support. Once restored, they are used as transitional housing or rented at affordable rates to eligible families.

Yes, our programs include pathways to long-term stability. Participants who meet the program requirements may qualify for housing vouchers and support in transitioning to independent living

Our funding comes from donations, community partnerships, grants, and income generated from renovated homes. We also rely on the generosity of volunteers and material donations to reduce costs.
