To combat food insecurity and promote healthy eating, we plan to establish food pantries in both the east and west sides of the city. These locations will feature: community kitchens and gardens.

A dedicated workforce department will connect clients currently in Mercy Network housing with meaningful job opportunities Clients will receive job-readiness training, including resume building, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette.

The Mercy Network will establish a Mobile Housing Stability Team dedicated to supporting elderly residents of Gary who may be at risk of losing their homes.

Mental health resources, support  and licensed partners.

Providing clean and professional attire for those in need.

Budgeting, savings strategies, and credit repair guidance.
